We are happy to offer a refund on any unsuitable items within 30 days (excluding sale items). We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 3-5 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. This means the item should be clean (no perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. All refunds and exchanges can only occur once.
Free returns are currently unavailable. All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style, in a different Colour or Size. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item.
Purchase of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
1. On the Return form, fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
2. Tuck the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box, e.g the one you got from iki_.
3. Email email@example.com with your name, order number, reason for return and a list of the items returned.
4. We recommend returning the parcel to us through your local post office with a trackable shipping service. Note that this is not pre-paid. Please drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to suggest an alternative way to return your item(s).
5. We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 3-5 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

Please note: that refunds can take up to 14 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
