We are happy to offer a refund on any unsuitable items within 28 days (excluding sale items). We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 3-5 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
Please ensure that all items are returned unworn, unwashed, with swing tags attached and in original packaging. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. All refunds and exchanges can only occur once.
Free returns are currently unavailable. All orders are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style, in a different Colour or Size. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item.
Purchase of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
1. On the Return form, fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
2. Tuck the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box, e.g the one you got from iki_.
3. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, reason for return and a list of the items returned.
4. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, tracked means to return your order and retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form here.
When will I receive my refund?
Our store aims to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them. We will send you a 'Refund Notification' email to confirm that we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
